Mission

The Mission of Freedom House is to promote, enhance and support recovery for individuals with substance abuse, mental illness, and developmental disabilities.

Since 1974, Freedom House Recovery Center has been committed to making a difference in the lives of people with addiction and mental illness. We believe that people can recover to live a full and rich life, and to this end we have created an atmosphere in which growth and recovery become attainable goals. Our mission reflects our intent to promote, enhance and support recovery for individuals with substance abuse and mental illness; our commitment to a person-centered, strength-based approach to services; an approach that is dedicated to the enhancement of the personal growth and development of all those we serve;

Today, Freedom House Recovery Center provides a full range of recovery based services and supports for individuals with an array of needs. Our services include detox, facility based and mobile crisis services, short- and long-term residential rehabilitation, outpatient services, psychiatric services, community support services, Drug Treatment Court and Criminal Justice Partnership Program services
