Freedom House provides DWI assessments (pre and post-trial) and the corresponding treatment groups (20, 40, or 90 hours) in accordance with NC DMV guidelines. Assessments and intakes are scheduled during the day by appointment, and treatment groups are available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday evenings. DWI clients who choose to do their treatment with us have a choice of attending 1 or 2 evenings per week. Upon satisfactory completion of treatment, Freedom House will notify the DMV in a timely manner. Clients who are assessed at Freedom House but choose to do treatment elsewhere will be given written proof of their assessment results. Services are open to residents of any county.
